What's up with the plastic orange fencing that's been affixed to the permanent fencing and railings around the Classroom Building?
I could understand it, maybe, on the outside where somebody could fall over the cement wall, but you'd need to climb through the bushes to do that. Along the permanent, fixed, metal railing leading to the entrance doors it doesn't seem to serve any purpose. Anybody know why it's there? |
